I have 17 years experience in the education field and more than 14 years experience delivering trainings to all levels of experience on academic and non-academic subjects. I know how to make engaging, effective training experiences that draw from your unique situation and tailored to your team's unique needs. How it works
Your bespoke training journey is designed to take your needs and budget into consideration.

Set up a consultation
In an initial consultation you provide your needs and goals for your teams development, along with any materials you want included or improved upon. In a follow up consultation I provide the outline for your training package and options for delivery.

Decide on the level of detail
The package size, days of delivery, and the size of the audience are all factors in the training development. Your needs can all be catered to no matter the challenges of your specific organization or team. Once a timeline and other details is chosen, I begin development work.

Participate in the material development
As I develop the training package, you'll have regular insight into the training as it develops. I welcome your input and insight into how the experience can be more closely aligned with the way your team actually works.

Deliver to your team in-person or online
I offer in-person training in your own faclilities or in arranged facilities in your city.
In addition I can offer online training on a variety of platforms, either real-time or self-paced.
