Different Levels of Assessment

1 / Hands-Off Assessment

This will be comprised of an online survey of your team and then a follow up call with a manager or management team to discuss and decide on your training needs.

This is ideal for teams with smaller budgets or for larger organizations for which other methods might be too time-intensive.

2 / Off-Site In-Depth Assessment

This is a more involved process of assessment in which a pre-assessment call will determine the initial boundaries of the survey questions and how detailed they will be. This is followed up by an online review with a panel of team members and select individual interviews with key organization members to come up with a final plan that will be discussed with management team.

This is ideal for teams that want more certainty in their training needs diagnosis and can commit more time from their team members throughout the process.

3 / Full On-Site Assessment

This is the most comprehensive method with initial online calls and interviews to establish the basis for surveying, then followed up with an in-person observation of the organization. This in-person visit will include focus-group sessions and face-to-face interviews to get a strong feeling for the organization's real needs. After observing the organization and assessing needs, an in-person presentation to the leaders of the organization will lay out a complete roadmap to a new level of success for the team.
